As we near the end of May, we'd like to make some announcements. First, the special event permit required for us to host the Northern Illinois Art Show has been approved by the City of Sycamore. We will be following COVID guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and vendors. These include wearing masks, maintaining six feet of distance, and following directional markers to help the flow of traffic.
Moving forward, our Upcoming Events page will now feature a calendar. Each of our upcoming events will be promoted with images, descriptions, and details, all organized in a convenient monthly view. This will include not only our general meetings, but our classes, presentations, and collaborative events as well.
Lastly, we're reaching out to teachers and instructors in our community to lead classes at the Gallery on State. We're looking to book slots for the rest of the year, so if you or anyone you know has interest in teaching paid classes at the Gallery, contact us at .
We thank you for your support of KVAL and the Gallery on State, and we look forward to bringing you even more value as the year continues.
